What we keep. The name of your business, your customer number with DMT, the name and e-mail address of the person who approves orders (and their PIN, stored hashed), your usual products, and your orders: products, quantities, who approved them and when. We do not ask for the name of the employee who scans a sticker. The application does not keep your IP address (see the visit log below).

The access request. The “Ask for access” form keeps the business name and address, the person’s name, e-mail and phone, and the customer number if given, so that Gestion Onyxia can check the request. Accepted, it becomes the business’s record; refused, it is deleted; unanswered, it is deleted after 90 days. Like everything else, it remains in the backups until they disappear (30 days on the server, 12 months for the encrypted copy off the server).

The invitation. DMT sends the manager a personal link, valid 7 days and once, where the manager chooses their own name and PIN; DMT never sees the PIN.

Why. To send your purchase orders to DMT, and nothing else. There is no price in this application: DMT applies your usual prices.

Who sees it. DMT, which receives the orders; Gestion Onyxia, which runs the application for DMT, on a server in Canada (OVH, Beauharnois). Order e-mails go through Resend, a service in the United States.

How long. Orders are kept as long as your business uses the application. When it stops, DMT deletes your business and its orders from the administration, on request; the backups on the server disappear within 30 days, and the encrypted copy kept outside the server (Canada) within 12 months.

Product photos are loaded from DMT’s website when a page opens.

The visit log. The server keeps a technical log of visits for 86 days at most: the page opened, the date and time, the browser, and a truncated IP address (the last part removed), without the keys of the links. Nothing in it identifies a person.
